Will goats work on my property?
Goats aren't right for every property — and we'd rather tell you that up front. Answer a few questions and we'll assess whether targeted grazing fits your land, vegetation, and goals.

Thanks — here's your preliminary read.
Your property may be a good candidate for targeted grazing. Most California properties with 5+ acres of grass, brush, or mixed vegetation are workable — and a specialist will review your answers and photos and follow up with a real assessment. Final suitability, herd size, scheduling, and pricing always require a site review.

What makes a property a good fit
- Roughly 5+ acres (neighbors can combine parcels)
- Grass, brush, weeds, or invasive vegetation
- Trailer access reasonably near the work area
- Water on site is a plus, not a requirement
- Steep or rough terrain is fine — that's our specialty
What makes it a poor fit
- Small yards or lawns (a mower wins there)
- Mostly trees, stumps, or dead standing timber
- No way to get animals within reach of the site
We'll tell you honestly if grazing isn't the right tool.
